iLoud Micro stuck in ON position

Postby didlybom » Thu Jun 14, 2018 10:29 am

I can't turn off my iLoud Micro monitors anymore (other than disconnecting them), the ON/OFF switch is stuck in ON position (better than OFF, but still!) Is that a known issue, repairable? IS there a guide explaining how to disassemble it?

This is not a known issue. Best to report this to IK Support who can troubleshoot and see if this is something that is a warranty issue if the switch is defective.

Thank you.

I have noticed this also on my iLoud MTM - One is stuck in the on position, but the speaker is off

I have sent a response via the online form at https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-us/, is there anything else to do?
