Error 1009

Error 1009

I am trying to download the new Mesa/Boogie reference models and I keep getting Error 1009 "Couldn't retrieve the tone models info, please check your internet connection.

I logged off of IK multimedia and logged back in. Restarted PC, turned off Firewall. I cannot download anything from tone.net

I'm having the exact same issue trying to download the Metal Gems collection that I just purchased. Same error, same message. My internet connection (ethernet to a cable ,modem) is just fine.

Getting the same error on the Metal Gems. Both iPad and PC.

Finally finished. Took about two hours and retrying it about 20 times. Really slow.
