Now it's working again here in Finland. But every load, from the initial click on the Tonenet button, to clicking and sampling individual amps or downloading take around 40-45 seconds each (timed with my phone).

Before all this it was just seconds. Now browsing tones is a slog. But hey it's working at least now which means someone is working on it somewhere :)

Extremely slow here, too. And all requests from the TONEX application to Tone.NET usually end in an Error 1009 after 1-2 minutes of wait time.

Normally access to the server is quite slow, even with an excellent internet connection.
But right now, it's not working at all!

I just received the following response from the support ticket I raised last week.

Delete the ToneNET cache for the app being used (AmpliTube 5 and/or TONEX).

To do this, go to the Documents folder, then go to the IK Multimedia folder to find either the TONEX or AmpliTube 5 folder. Enter this folder and find the ToneNET folder. Delete it's contents, leaving the folder there, but empty.
