I am trying to buy the Total Studio 4 Max sale deal. I log into my IK account, add it to the shopping cart from the product page, but when I try to press ‘Checkout’ from the Shopping Cart, it just loops with an “email already in use” error message. It correctly auto-populates my account email address in the ‘Billing Information’ section email field, but then flags it as “already in use”, which seems weird!
I know this might be an issue for technical support, but I thought I’d ask here just in case someone else has had this problem & knows how to rectify it. Thanks!
