serial number already used

I just received my tonex limited silver edition and I try to enter the serial on the ik manager and it tells me code already used (error code 205) it's new and it was sealed how did I get out of this bad situation I do not have a warranty and I cannot use amplitube and tone X software please help me or tell me what to do
