[mod edit] Forum password issue

I had the username sharmon123@ for about 14 months and after buying an I/O Axe , Tonex pedal , Amp5 MAX , Tonex Max and about 300$ of tone addons the forum decided that my forum account no longer mattered and keeps forgetting passwords. It won't let the users change their own passwords but won't let them log in with the previous one. This is a very underhanded way of cutting support and quite frankly this a disgusting attitude towards your clients. I am not impressed.

This forum isn't a support forum, the way to get official proper support from IK Multimedia is via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/ where the IK Support team will handle tickets.

The forum should use the same login as your main IK account, if you have trouble with that or anything else the IK Support team would be happy to assist you.
