No sound in amplitube 5

Hi,

when using amplitube 5 in standalone mode i get no sound, even though the input and output meters is moving in the program. My computer is a PC with windows 10. I just get the sound from the speakers that I woulg get without amplitube. Can anybody help me solve this?
