Pianoverse Installation Issues

No matter how many times I hit install and navigate to an external drive, it just sits there and does nothing...am I missing something here?

I do not know what's happening to you but the IK Support team would be able to troubleshoot with you directly and assist you.

I also have trouble installing Pianoverse (max).
The installed version has no functionality and no sound.
I only get this when it is opened, showing all the presets I can use, and I can also adjust settings, but there is no sound. I get the same either I open as a stand alone or as a plug-in.
And there is no reaction from the tabs: Piano, Space, Mix, Effects

Also, for Product Manager to work, I had to run it as administrator. I also bought Hammond B3X + Leslie Collection, - no trouble and works properly.

I have contacted support team, but if anyone here have some advice, I would be very happy!

I feel pretty stupid!

Double-clickking on the presets loaded the instruments and everything is working!

I'm also having issues getting the plugin to find the sound files. I'm probably not clear on which files need to go where, but is there a way to simply reinstall everything? The IK Product Manager doesnt seem to let me actually do that.

Is there a way to chat with someone who can get access to my setup?

The installation of Pianoverse is pain in the @ss - really. I never had such issues with installing a software product. Pianoverse sometimes doesn't find the samples/sounds even if the path is set correctly. And in addition it throws errors I don't understand: 'Instrument ST4 Error. Cannot locate tank at path ....
Please tell for dummies: where do I have to install the program and the samples to? Why isn't it made automatically and why is the installation not properly described? Please make it work!

Reinstalled windows 11 then go to install pianoverse, in Product manager any of the pianos I try to install still says please wait after an hour. It worked fine before reinstalling windows 11.

Or just a step-by-step description of the installation process? Hey - that's not a freeware app for 9,95 Euro - I think my expectatons are not too big, are they?
