Free presets from Tone Partners

Hello everybody! There is one free preset in each of Tone Partners preset packs. But there`s no download button. How to download these presets? Or why are they called free if they aren`t?) Thank you.

If you are using the web version of ToneNET you cannot download from there. You must download from ToneNET inside the TONEX software.

I`m trying to download from the Tonex software. There`s no download button, only "Try all" and "Buy for E24.99"

You should be able to download the free Tone Model from each collection that offers one there. I would suggest reaching out to IK Support if you are not able to do so. They can look at exactly what is happening in your case.
