Building a rig with TONEX

HI!
I have been capturing the sound of my amplifier and one of my fuzzes. I can see both of them in the software screen but I can't merge them. I can only select either one or the other. How can I add the pedal to the amplifier? Thank you

You cannot merge them after the fact you would want to capture them together. If you'd like to use both separately you can either use them both inside AmpliTube in the pedal and amp spots or you could use two instances of the TONEX plugin.
