MIDI clock

I am attempting to get amplitube 5 to play nicely with other gear and having a tough time of it. I have a RJM Mastermind that is sending the midi clock signal to two devices to get the sounds to sync up in performance, and the computer is getting the tempo/clock info perfectly. Unfortunately, it seems that Amplitube is simply ignoring the clock data all together. Is there any way to get it to pay attention to that? It is broadcasting on all channels, so it should be seeing it. I reduce the tempo, and the midi indicator in amplitube shows that the info slows down appropriately. Is there any setting I can employ to not have to develop another tool to send tap info separately?
