Hammond B3 won't register

I have sent several emails to support, but no response. I bought Hammond B3, I have a registration code, but it fails to register, telling me that it is already registered to someone else. I've started action with my bank, but I'd rather keep the instrument because it's good. However, IK's support is appallingly bad...

Peter, thank you for your reply. But I still can't register it. It tells me it is registered to someone else. Unless I've created two accounts in error, I'm completely stuffed. It's no good asking the question unless you can give me an answer.

I was going to follow up with "if you bought it from IK it is automatically registered to your account and you will find it in IK Product Manager" but you found the solution and are all set which is excellent to hear. Thanks!
