Garageband and TONEX software issue

I can not use Tonex software as a plugin in Garageband, any solution and any help are very welcomed, thank you very much for instance.

GARAGEBAND VERSION 10.4.6
MacBook Pro MAC OS BIG SUR 11.7.10

Tonex software is ONLINE but GARAGEBAND says AUTHORISATON MISSING , I did everything,reauthorised, quit, opened again and again, but I can not manage to use it .
