So here's the question... EQ before or after Tonex One pedal?

Depends what you want to accomplish. I would do frequency boosts before and shaping after. But you also have EQ in TONEX that can shape the Tone Model EQ so it might be redundant.

Yes, with the EQ under "Advanced Controls" you can.
