ToneX one getting no sound PLEASE HELP!!

Hey everyone! I just entered Tonex fam and my pedal was working great for the first 5 minutes, but now I'm getting no sound out no matter what I do. I get sound when the pedal is bypassed but I'm not getting anything when it is engaged. I am getting input signal which I can tell from the indicator lights on the tuner and the input trim. Why could this be????

Same exact thing is happening to me, I get bypass / pass thru audio, but when TNXO pedal is Engaged (light on) no sound...
