Error: could not start modeler engine windows 10

Hi all,

I have sent IK support a number of emails but yet to get a response... My PC is getting this error when I try to model an amp "could not start modeller engine" (windows 10).

I would have thought that my PC can handle Tonex given my laptop can... it's much more powerful for running software etc.

Anyone out there have a solution to this issue as I have no solutions coming from IK...

Have you tried uninstalling Tonex and then reinstalling it?
