Error Code 207 - Not eligible for upgrade?

Hi, I recently purchased an upgrade for Amplitube 5 Max on Sweetwater.
It stated that the upgrade is "Crossgrade/Upgrade for Owners of Any IK Product Valued At $99 or More."

I purchased a Tonex max serial on the second hand market, and had no issues with the transfer/activation. I know that it costs more than $99, so I don't understand why I am being told that I'm not eligible.

Does anyone have suggestions?

I'll guess that it is because the Tonex Serail number was Transferred to you.

Contact Sales Support via the IK Multimedia web sit. They can look at your User Account and clarify the situation. Administrators and Moderators here do not have any access to User Accounts
