Hi,

is there a way to reduce the noise coming from the device?

if there is a correction on there is noise, without correction (bypass) there is no noise. Is it something fixable with firmware upgrades?

I took measurements 2 times. I also have found that other people aswel have this noise/hiss ?

if there is a noise, could you explain why it happens and how another calibration take would solve this issue?

Noise isn't normal behavior, people are using ARC Studio 4 with no noise issues. A new measurement should help but seems it didn't so IK Support can help you assess what is happening in your situation and assist you in remedying it.
