Hi all,
I have a Mac with Monterey (12.7.1) and I was able to install the ToneX software. But neither my Mac nor the ToneX software is able to detect the ToneX One. I tried different thing: Plugging the pedal in as USB C before I install the software and after, also plugging it in with and without 9V power. I'm not sure why it doesn't work. Recovery in the Librarian also doesn't work. Any clues?

Please make sure you've registered your TONEX ONE in IK Product Manager using the serial on the card in the box. That should do it, but if you've already done that or it still does not help please reach out to IK Support via

Hello, It happened to me the same issue. My Mac (moterey 12,7,5 does not detect de TONEX ONE. All softwares i tried work but do say no Tonex is connected.
How did you fix it TheOligoclonalBand1?

This was happening to me on macOS Sonoma 14.6.
When I connected USB to a ToneX One that was already powered, the mac didn't see it.
My remedy was to unplug the power cable and then reconnect the USB cable. Then mac saw the device and asked me to allow access.

Same here,
TONEX installed in my macbook pro macOS Big Sur 11.7, the pedal is not recognized no matter I plugged it in before and after loading the software. I have other devices like Scarlett solo that works perfectly well. Only Tonex ONE that doesn't work. Any solution?
