I have Iloud MTM, and they are constant problem in my summerhouse. There is some electric noise because of our heating system, or electric provider, it can be heard in various chargers, like for computer etc…
and it cuts of the speakers constantly, and just getting worse. If I connect the speakers only to backup battery all is good.
Is there any way to disable this cutout of the speakers?
I have been in contact with support and their help was very limited, and mostly involved me having to prove the purchase of the speakers, but I unfortunately do not have the receipt with me.
