Lost midi capability with iRig2 using iOS 17

I use an iPad to control midi changes in a Yamaha Motif ES to change patches very quickly on shows.

I do this by using an iPad (running setlist maker) out to iRig2 into the Motif's midi input. This has been working flawlessly for the past couple of years but I have now experienced this not working on three different iPads since iOS 17. I have an iPad running iOS 15 that still will run it with no problems. Can anyone please give me any advice before I try rolling the iPad iOS back. I have also contacted setlist maker and they have tried a couple of things but they think its an iOS/iRig issue.

Open to any ideas of a fix. Thanks!
