I erased n re installed everything n now it’s mostly working. There are a few sounds that won’t finish installing. But I don’t need them all anyway..bought studio max so I feel like “they are mine…so I want them!”
When you press contact support it should take u to support n not n endless faq loop that might not even address your topic so u don’t read it. I’ve read several daws repeatedly and been dealing with them for like 10 years n just noticed that where the correct link is. At least now I know where the link is.
It is not an endless loop. You should search the FAQ first, and then if you don't find an answer you will see an option/link to open a support ticket.
It also says this at the top of the page when you go to the Support page on the IK site:
Before contacting the Support team, please review your product's User Manual or review the FAQs below as there is a chance that your issue has been addressed already and can be quickly resolved.
