I suddenly no longer have access to my purchase. Was running on both my Macs but it no longer appears in my collections. I did restore my purchases but its still not there. If I go to tonet it gives me the option to purchase it. I already purchased it and it was working fine. Thought I'd check here first for advice before I go down the support route

Did you try unauthorizing then reauthorizing TONEX software in your IK Product Manager?

At this point someone in support would need to take a look at your account, etc directly and figure out what the heck is going on.
