I definitely would like to place my ticket number under that post. Whenever I'd make the request just for atleast the option to direct download my purchased Syntronik2 Max v2 sounds, the tech support has gone silent. Can you tag me or provide a link to it?

Windows 11 had the issue on version 1.4.4 I believe...
All I had to do was go to windows defender.
Disabled the firewalls. I did notice, it didn't start installing till I disabled the public firewall.
Not sure if it will download with just the public firewall disabled as I didn't want to move it till it installed fully.

You don't need to disable defender completely, all you have to do is create a firewall rule for ik product manger.exe. there are many tutorials on how to do this. running as admin will not do it.

I had the same problem. You have to clear your download cache. Click on your name in the upper right corner, and the selection will appear below. Cheers!

Thank you so much! this solved my problem after scouring the internet for hours.

had a HD go bad and after new install the drive had changed and IK manger was not letting install.

changing the download directory solved it.

Spoke too soon. the donwload happned but install still fails with "The drive or UNC share you selected does not exist or is not accessible. Please select another"

i've uninstalled/reinstalled IK mananger, deleted registry entries. nothing works. uggh.

It's a struggle. I finally got everything installed on by Macbook, but not yet on my iMac. The installs hang periodically, even if I do installs one at a time. If it is hung up for a long time (hour(s)), then I do this to keep moving forward: 1-Force quit. 2-Delete the download folder for that specific sound; sometimes it's empty. 3-Restart product manager and clear the download cache. 4-skip the install that hung and try a different one, saving the one that hung for later. 5-Eventually, somehow, everything installed.

This is all very time consuming and tedious.

I don't now if this is an IK server handshake problem (it does seem much slower than others like NI and Arturia), or if it's due to using an external drive for the downloads, or...? [mod redacted - unnecessary... please reach out to support or continue to work with them]
