You cannot.

The best thing t do is contact Technical Support, via the link on the IK Multimedia web site (you'll need to Search the FAQs first), explain the circumstances and they should be able to help.

Thanks. It is sad that they do not make a better approach to licensing, with more forethought of possible issues.

Did you run out of authorizations? There is usually room for this sort of thing happening in some cases and in cases where one does run out the team has historically been VERY accommodating.

No, I haven't run out of authorizations. It is indeed good that there are several available. But still a way to remove a device seems like a no brainer.
