TONEX hardware pedal with NEKTAR PACER anyone?

I've had the Nektar Pacer for a while now and tried it with the amplitube software. Works fine. But now I want to use it with the Tonex hardware pedal. How would I go about doing that. Any step by step tutorials explaining the process? Also have a Nektar expression pedal which I would like to use as a volume control.

I have the same setup with an Axe I/O on a Win 10 box and the Nektar uses it's own USB interface to send signals which I use to change out Amplitube tones stored in the 21 slots. I use the Tonex pedal on my laptop as an interface and to load up for live mode. It works in interface mode because it is basically an Axe I/0 Solo at that point. In live mode you have 50 different selectable tones already on the pedal so it wouldn't be very useful in live mode anyway.
