Irig HD2 Tonex SE

I have an irig hd2. I also use Tonex on my ipad with this interface. Unfortunately although i have an irig hd 2, my Tonex version is Tonex CS. I believe it should be Tonex SE in my situation. According to this page irig hd2 comes with Tonex SE.

Please make sure you have registered your iRig HD 2 (and you can do so in the app, even, if you'd like) and log in to the app. Once logged in, you can do a Restore Purchases and it should sync your versions so you'll see the SE gear in the iOS version.

Thanks for replying back. I have already registered irig hd2. I registered again inside of tonex app account section. It says your serial number has been successfully registered. But nothing changes. I also tried restore purchases after registration. Still CS version. Also visible in my account.

TONEX iOS will always show free as it is a free app. You should have access to TONEX SE gear in TONEX on iOS after the steps you've followed. If you need further clarification or you aren't seeing that gear, please contact IK Support at https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/sw
