Amplitube 5 zero download speed

I recently activated my Amplitube 5 SE and when i click download button, it shows me 0 download speed. My internet connection is ok. How can i fix it?

I finally fixed it! Big thanks for IK Multimedia support team! So here is the algorithm:
1. Sing in to ur account on the IK Multimedia official website.
2. Click on the red human's silhouette (it will turn red after ur signing in).
3. Go to "My Products" in appeared menu.
4. Find the product that u want to download.
5. Click "Previous versions" button under the picture of the product.
6. There will be a list of versions with download buttons, the highest one is the latest version.
7. Download and enjoy!
