Hello, my new i-rig HDX headphone volume is almost imperceptibly low. everything else seems to work (new to all this), it passes the signal all the way to my amp fine. (Note my focusrite 2i2 gen 4 works fine with the same software and pc.) Volume is up on the PC, the instrument and my iRig.
Also my instrument has acitve and passive modes, but it does not work at all in active mode, but does at the higher impedance passive mode.
The firmware updater does NOT see the device even while the device is working.
