Bass Fret Buzz

Postby lbird2 » Sun Feb 04, 2024 1:39 am

I'm using Modo Bass v1.5.2. I searched the forum and I found two related posts but there were no replies. I recently imported a midi bass part and the frequent fret buzz renders the track useless. Is there anyway to control this? Does v2 allow direct control of this?

Thank you.

There are two controls for noise (detach and slide) and you can adjust the touch which could affect that too.

Thanks for the feedback. Detach and slide didn't help but setting touch = soft helped. Do you know if v2 gives you control specifically for fret noise? Thanks again.

Put action to high helps.
I've used a brick wall limiter in Cubase to keep the level more even as well.
