Hello, I have bought second-hand an Ax I/O one card, when installing Product Manager with the S/N the following error appears: "Server error: Serial Number registered by another user (code 205)" so I cannot download the drivers to use the card.
The seller of the card does not have the account with which you registered at the time.
I can't use the card and I can't find the drivers anywhere on the IK website
How can I get the drivers or unlock the situation?

When my laptop was stolen, they sent me drivers the next day.
You can install Asio4all as a temporary replacement, but the original drivers work much better.
