New IK-M Tone Models

Hello - has anyone been able to download the new tone models from IK Multimedia (e.g. Bearded Trio, Best Nights, Brightest Sky)? Despite Tonex Max, update to 1.5 and all updates, unfortunately I cannot access it. Support hasn't been able to help so far.

You should restore purchases in the TONEX software settings. This will open IK Product Manager. Make sure you log in there if not logged in when it opens and you'll see the progress in TONEX settings until the process is done.

After that, click the new sort button above the Tone Model list and sort by Date Added. You'll need to scroll to the top of the list where you should see these models.

If that does not work, please reply to your ticket to tell the IK Support rep that you aren't seeing them yet and they will continue to assist you directly.

Thanks for the reply - that's exactly what I've already done, unfortunately no new reply for a week...
Edit: problem solved - the message just came in the ProductManager that the new tone models had been added to the account - downloading is also possible.
