Re-install and repair a multi

Hi, just wanted to check, does anyone know how one goes about re-pairing or re-installing a multi instrument setting? When I load a hugh padgham multi, the application complains its missing components.

Have you tried using IK Product Manager to reinstall Hugh Padgham drums.

Yeah. I did. It still complains the multi is "missing parts". There are only 2 multis for Hugh Padgham. But it works perfectly fine on my other old Windows DAW.
