Hello I just unboxed my new iRig HD X, I’ve got my guitar connected to the guitar port on the iRig with a standard instrument cable, have another instrument cable running from the iRig’s amp out into the Power Amp In on my Boss Katana 50 Mk II. I’ve installed ToneX and Amplitube on my iPad (and iPhone prior), accepted the Mic access requests and ensured my iPad’s volume is turned up…but cannot get any processed signal out through the iRig into my amp, or out into my headphones..I can see the In/out signal moving around in the ToneX app when I play but nothing is audible anywhere. When I select the passthrough signal option (as opposed to processed), I can hear the clean tone coming out through my amp (but not through my headphones still). Any ideas on what might be wrong here please, or could my iRig be possibly faulty? Thank you.
