QUATTRO: No signal on headphone port

I've just bought a iRIG QUATTRO and want to use this as an guitar interface. However when I use AmpliTube on an iOS device I can't get any signal on the headphone output of the interface. I can get direct feedback, yes (using the switch on the interface), but if I want to get the processed signal via AmpliTube back to the interface on the headphone port it does not work. I had a iRIG PRO duo as well. When I simply change the interface to PRO DUO it works completely fine but with the Quattro it does not. I've tested all four channels.
BUT: If I use Amplitube on the MAC Computer, it does work (!).
What am I doing wrong?

I‘ve finally found the solution: Just open up the signal volume of the headphone to max volume. I was always too careful with volume. It‘ll work then

No. Your solution does not work for me
I use different apps. I tried the IRig Recorder and the AUM Audio Mixer app. Both not working in playing audio via the Quattro output or the handphone jack.

I created a support ticket for Ikemulimedia. Hope they can work out for me.

Did you activate Monitoring for sour relevant channels to the headphone port? Otherwise it won‘t work

I tested with IRig Recorder. I recorded a sound and then played it back via Quattro. No sound.

Then I turn off the Quattro and play again, the sound is played via the iPhone 15 Pro Max speaker.

I tried other apps, similar results

It seems the Quattro output and headphone port are not working.


When I connect the Quattro to my Mac Mini, it works normally.

The problem happens on my iPhone 15 Pro max only.

I had the same issie with my Quattro but finally git it working. You have to assign the specific channels actively to the monitor (headphone) output. It took me very long to figure out how this works

I am having the same problem. How do you set up the audio routing? I am using an iPad mini 6th gen. Ver 17.0.3.

And you use amplitube, right?
