Any progress on this? Got som initial help from the support but after sending screenshots they stopped replying. I guess the plugin is old and must be updated?

Yeah. I would expect a fix for Ventura to roll out ANYTIME now... especially considering Sonoma is just a couple weeks away, at this point.

Is it possible to create a template for this device manually? Just to get the most basic controls to work, like record/play etc?

Guys- I just got my ToneX pedal last week and purchased a used Axe i/o and run OS 13 Ventura. Where can I download the software for the Axe? I can't seem to find it listed on my IK Product Manager or elsewhere? Given this thread, am I in for a headache with the Axe i/o?

This thread is about a keyboard controller so not likely related to anything you'll experience with AXE I/O.

You should see the Control Panel available in your IK Product Manager under Hardware --> AXE I/O once you register your AXE I/O. If you still do not see it there please let IK Support know and they will assist you directly.

Have you reported your issue to IK Support? They would have information and any status on a fix for issues you might be experiencing.
