Tonex pedal Shutsdown after 5 or 10 minutes ?

I have Tonex peda, it shutdowns or reboots ? after 5 or 10 minutes ?
it does this with 'another power supply' , not the one that came with it.
The output of the power supply is rated 9v 500ma so it shouldn't be starving right ?
It seems to happen when is idling , I don't think I recall this happening while playing
The power supply is a Caline CP 207 , I returned the first one because I thought it was faulty , but the second one ?
Have you seen this ?
is the Tonex pedal too fuzzy about ac/dc adapters ?

I have the exact same issue.

My Tonex is controlled via midi from my Boss GT1000 core which means I don't touch it for a prolonged period of time. When I press any switch or control after 4-5m on the Tonex it turns off and on.

I too though it was the 3rd party power supply fault but it s now fed by the original power supply and the problem remains.

It's odd.

Not that I've seen, there are thousands out there without the issue so it may be something specific with your pedal(s) and IK Support will happily assist you with this issue via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/hw
