Paint Bomb - Blue (Da Ba Dee) [Eiffel 65 cover]

Postby veno_mk._1 » Sat Dec 09, 2023 12:06 am

Hey y'all, it's been a while!

My band Paint Bomb has just released a ska-punk cover of "Blue" by Eiffel 65. Of course, I mixed and mastered this baby using only IK multimedia plugins.

Here's what I used:

    -Amplitube 5 MAX
-T-Racks 5 MAX (including JC Vocal Strip, Tape Machine Collection, etc.)
    -ARC 3
    -Bionic Drums (for drum sampling!)

As always, the cover is available on all streaming services linked here.

This is probably the best mix I've ever worked on in a while. Honestly, even our performance is the tightest it's ever been. I'm extremely proud with how this turned out!

Thank you so much for listening! More to come soon!

p.s I just got TONEX MAX after we made this cover and I freaking love it! I'm planning on using it for our next covers. ;)

Hi Steve,

Great track, I can see/ hear why you are proud of it, the groove is infectious (in a non-covid way) and the tight playing is perfect. Looking forward to hearing what you do with the TONEX Pedal.
