Over the last couple of days, I have had multiple issues with the IKPM when trying to install/re-install SampleTank 4 Max over SampleTank 4. Typically, the downloads halt and have to be paused/restarted as mentioned above. If I try to cancel a download, a popup window says a download is in progress, click OK/Cancel. Clicking OK or Cancel does not close the program. IKPM has to be forcibly stopped.
Today after a reboot, on the IKPM sounds tab - SampleTank 4 MAX is just stuck at "Please Wait.." for the last couple of hours. Again, I can't close the program.
I have submitted a support request. In the meantime, I'm going to download the ST4 Max sound files from the "My Products" area. Even there, I'm seeing failed downloads if I try multiple downloads at once.
I did try running IKPM as administrator on Windows 10. Multiple reboots. Reset router/gateway, etc. I'm convinced it's a network issue. I used IKPM to update ToneX and Amplitube 5 about a week ago and had no problems. Actually, I have multiple IK products and libraries acquired over several years, this is the first time I've had any major issues with the product manager.
