How to set BPM

For the delay effects that have a BPM setting - how do you set the delay for a particular BPM?
I do not have a MIDI controller. TIA~

Jeez, nevermind. 2 minutes after posting this I figured it out.
Set the numerical value on the metronome (bottom right - near the output slider)
