I own AmpliTube 5 Max. Do I need to upgrade to AmpliTube 5 Max V2? It looks like I would have to pay an additional $99, even though completely new users can also purchase the full AmpliTube 5 Max V2 for only $99. My last question is do I really get very much from the upgrade to V2?
Thanks...

The 99.99 pricing is a promotion for all, currently. That's why the pricing is the same.
You would get MESA/Boogie 2 and the four X-GEAR virtual pedals. So that's around $300 worth of gear if purchased separately (if you don't already have some of it from a la carte purchases).
