Tonex Pedal True/Soft Bypass switching

All the reviews of Tonex Pedal mention selectable True/ Soft Bypass but I can’t find any mention of how to do this in the manual etc.

I’m running straight from Tonex to Line 6 Powercab plus which is sensitive to the buffer of pedals connected.

Anyone figured this out?

I have the exact same question. Can not find how to switch this in the manual.
