I did a search on this topic and couldn't find a match, so here goes - I bought a ToneX pedal, connected it to my Mac, set up my IK account, installed Amplitube 5 and the ToneX app. I can connect to tone.net in both apps, and the pedal shows that it's connected. So far, so good. My issue is when I try to search tone.net for any of the presets that are on the pedal; I can't find them. For example, preset 3 in bank 12 on the pedal is called "CLEAN?" I can't find it on tone.net, which doesn't seem right. Am I suffering from user error, or is this the way it really is?
