Saving Custom Presets?

Trying to save a custom preset into my own folder

goto:
documents / IK Multimedia / AmpliTube5 / Presets
Create a new folder in presets named "My Presets"

Open AmpliTube5, select All Presets, then click the "refresh" button.
Program does its thing, my folder doesn't show up ... even though it's technically in the folder tree.

Appreciate suggestions, what am I missing?

There is a downward arrow button where the presets are saved.
File is a location where files are stored, allowing you to copy them and use them on another computer.

Guess I should specify...
I'm trying to create a folder that shows up with all the other folders in A5. Example, the Ace Freely folder, the Steve Vai folder, etc. This new folder would be named "My Presets" where I could store any presets I create.

I've seen this done on YT vids b4 but, can't get the same result. I can name and save a custom preset, no prob. Just looking to combine those into a folder (My Presets) on my own Mac and have that folder show with all the rest....lol.

Then create the folder you need on the Destination in the down button
