Product Manager 1.0.7 behavior

Hi,

When installing 1.0.7 Windows 10 tells me that the installer owner is not recognized.
Strange. It comes from the offical site ( asked to upgrade from my 1.0.6 ).
When trying to log out, a window appears and says :

Logout warning
Before you log out, please note:
-Logging out will deactivate any active subscription.
... ( more ) ...

Is this new or is it a problem ?

this sort of seems to be in the same sort of neighborhood of problems as what happened for me when i upgraded to 1.0.7 - it shows that i've lost a whole load of available authorizations after update.

hopefully there's some sort of explanation / fix forthcoming for these account / purchase type problems
