ToneX Training Error Messages- Please Help

Hello All,

I got my new Axe I/O and connected it to my 2017 iMac with OS Ventura 13.5.2. When I complete the capture and go to the next screen for training, I instantly get an error that says “Error while processing training files. Training will now stop.”

I've gone back to check my levels, etc. and searched the web, but so far there's no resolution or progress. I was at it for 3+ hours yesterday afternoon.

I've emailed IK, opened a ticket, and they were corresponding with me, but the replies stopped (I assume they closed for the day). I really hope they will respond further.

I read an older post about sample rate and mine is set to 44.1.

I was hoping to see if anyone here experienced or has knowledge of what to do when errors during the training stage occurred?

Additional info- If any of you know how to interpret these findings, please let me know. I'm getting repeated error messages and I cannot determine why.

I can't be the only one whose had training errors on a mac!!

I'm continuing to try to get through the training, but no luck so far.

My error is: "Error on importing train in file"

According to my most recent log below, the "Training In File" line is blank. Should there be something there, like a file?

I've been trying to work with support for the past five days. They have asked me to send various info, such as my setup, my log file, the capture .wav file, and my system report.

Yesterday for example, I only got one reply from them and no further follow up. I've been stuck for 5 days with my inability to do a single capture, so I'm looking for anyone to provide suggestions or guidance.

Despite opening my ticket last week with IK, this is moving at a snails pace and I'm desperate to get some resolution.

I'm facing the same problem with the latest version 1.6.1 24C26. I've never had any problems before.. Now I'm stucked and can't make my captures... I've opened a ticket.. let' see.
