MP2 CE is locked in ST4 CS

I downloaded the free version of Miroslav Philharmonik 2 CE via IK Product Manager. On its own the plugin works, but in SampleTank 4 CS all its sound presets are inactive and greyed out. When I click on any sound preset, SampleTank says Philharmonik is not registered and opens Product Manager which says Philharmonik is already registered.

When I installed Philharmonik, the Product Manager showed a message that this library would be available in SampleTank, but unfortunately it is locked. How can I get it to work?
