Amplitube 5 Sounds Like It's Not Coming Thru Fully

I am using Amplitube 5 on a Dell Latitude 2-in-1 Tablet and on to a iRig Stomp I/O. When it's straight, it sounds really good. But it starts cracking and the on to this weird sound, almost like it's losing power or something. When that happens, it almost sounds distorted even when I'm on my clean channels be then clears up. Two minutes later, it repeats the same routine. Any help would be appreciated

Its really hard to provide help on laptops. There are too many variants. I would first try increasing buffer. Also, make sure you have latest drivers. And try to disable all power management and AV.
