AT5 & iRig Stomp I/O - Presets not showing stomps

When saving a preset in Amplitube 5 to use with my iRig Stomp I/O in the Live section, I can get my custom preset to recognize the iRig Stomp to turn effects pedals in the chain on and off, however the effects pedals are not showing up visually in the area directly under the preset numbers. When I switch to some of the default presets that came with Amplitube they do appear, but for custom presets I am making they do not show up at all. Am I doing something wrong with building the preset/chain or am I saving it the wrong way?
