T-Racks and Studio One 6.2

Hello everyone,

Lately I have been having problems with this compressor in Studio One 6.2 The Interface up when selected very generic. I have ask Presonus and they say it is a problem on IK Multimedias end. The Interface which is suppose to be yellow with all the knobs is not showing up. Any idea on how to fix this?

You help is very much appreciated.

Can you run the standalone T-RackS 5 program and load the compressor in there?

Yes I ran it and it works just fine. A shame that this forum doesn't let me share a screen capture to show what is happening. Any alternatives?

As the correct GUI shows up in the T-RackS stand-alone program it sounds like it is installed OK.

Can you try in another DAW or plug-in host?
What edition of the plug-ins are you using VST2, VST3 ... ?
